We ship within Malaysia and to over 80 countries worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
Shipping within Malaysia
Our preferred courier within Malaysia is Poslaju. Once payment has been received and verified, we process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, and usually no more than 4, depending on when the order was placed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days, please email us at sales@raw-flavours.com and we’ll check the status of your shipment.
As with most courier services, someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, and a signature is required as proof of receipt. If no one is present, Poslaju will leave a note with the location for collection.
The exact shipping charge for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout, based on weight and destination. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL and other couriers offering competitive rates. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s customs and import laws before ordering. We are not responsible for orders seized by customs. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, restrictions, or licensing requirements at the destination are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
International orders may require 3–5 business days or more of additional processing before shipment, as we may need to consolidate items to one location. If a longer lead time is expected, our team will let you know.
