These Terms & Conditions govern your use of raw-flavours.com and all orders placed with RAW Ventures Enterprise (“RAW Flavours”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, which we may update from time to time without prior notice. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
1. Eligibility and age
By placing an order with RAW Flavours, you confirm that you are of the legal age required to purchase our products in your country or state of residence, and in any event not less than 21 years of age. Our products are intended for adult use only and are not for sale to minors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser does not meet these requirements, and to request proof of age at any time.
2. Pricing and currency
Prices displayed on this website are shown in US Dollars (USD), and the final amount payable, including any shipping and applicable taxes, is confirmed at checkout. Where payment is made from an account or card denominated in another currency, the amount charged will be converted by your bank or card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are your responsibility. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
3. Orders, acceptance and cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where payment cannot be authorised. If we cancel an order for which payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid. You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at sales@raw-flavours.com; once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
4. Payment
RAW Flavours accepts payment by direct bank transfer, debit and credit card, and FPX online banking through our payment gateway. Bank transfer is available for international orders. Orders are processed and shipped once payment has been received and cleared. RAW Flavours is under no obligation to accept any suggested retail price and may sell its products at any price it chooses.
5. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and for hygiene and safety reasons opened or used products cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@raw-flavours.com within 3 days of delivery, quoting your order number and including photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) where relevant.
6. International orders, customs and import responsibility
We ship to many countries worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order can lawfully be imported into and used in your country or state, and to comply with all applicable local laws and age restrictions. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. We are not liable for products seized, delayed, or returned by customs or postal authorities, and any refund in such cases is at our discretion.
7. Product use and safety
Our products are sold as ingredients and supplies for personal DIY use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Products should be stored safely, kept out of reach of children and pets, and used in accordance with any instructions provided. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for handling and mixing them safely.
8. Privacy and data protection
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information where required to do so by law or in response to a lawful request from a competent authority.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the RAW Flavours name and branding — is the property of RAW Ventures Enterprise or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
